Weissman's steak sandwich — butter-basted NY strip (or ribeye), a horseradish
mayo, and a quick onion jam, piled with arugula on toasted sourdough. The jam
and mayo come together while the steak rests.

**Why picked:** built on the new soba + soba sauce + dashi makings, now a
full meal — crisp shrimp (or veg) tempura and a quick sesame-spinach side.
Goes cold (dipping) or hot (in dashi broth), your call day-of. Tempura can
be a simple shrimp sear if you don't feel like frying.

**Why picked:** swapped in for gyudon — its thin-sliced beef is H Mart-only,
not a Whole Foods item. Teriyaki keeps the rice-bowl format but goes chicken
(off beef, and off the soba's shrimp). Skin-on thighs, soy-mirin glaze, one
pan in ~25 min while the rice steams; steamed broccoli on the side.

**Why picked:** the fourth meal, and a new recipe — pork rounds out the
protein spread (beef / shrimp / chicken / pork) and brings in the Italian
side of things, light rather than greasy. Chops brown, then finish in a
quick garlic–tomato–pepper sauce; one pan, mostly hands-off. Steamed broccoli
on the side.
